Allan Fuller
(b. 1955), a native of Washington State, began studying piano with his
mother at age seven and finished preparatory studies with the late Stella
Knoebel in Wenatchee, Washington. Subsequently he completed both Bachelor
and Masters Degrees in piano performance. Professor William Corbett-Jones
of San Francisco State University guided post-graduate work.
While his current artistic efforts are focused on solo recitals, he has
also been active as piano instructor at the University of Nevada-Reno,
competition judge, concerto soloist, and chamber musician. Additionally
Allan and his brother Richard, a formidable Mozart specialist, have begun
performing four-hand piano works in the U.S. and Austria.

In both 1999 and 2000, Fuller was
selected to compete with 100 international pianists in the International
Piano Competition for Outstanding Amateurs under the sponsorship of the
Van Cliburn Foundation. In conjunction with the competition, his pianism
and professional occupations were featured on “Good Morning America.”
His European debut took place in Vienna in 2000, and he has continued to
present well-received recitals in Vienna and the U.S. For several years,
Fuller has worked to develop both his repertoire and performing style
through his dedication to the genre of the solo piano recital. While he
commands a wide-ranging repertoire, he has found his “voice” in the
Sonatas of Classical era and works of the Romantic composers. While
persistently active as a concert pianist, his vocation currently lies in a
24-year career in the Casino Industry, serving as the Director of Table
Games John Ascuaga’s Nugget.
